Our new series 2006 has been redesigned for the most accurate readings the mudlogging business has ever experienced. In all of our latest equipment we will have the entire unit with wireless capabilities with real time footage.
This equipment comes with a state of the art touch screen recorder. This makes for the most simple readings with more options than anyone could ask for. It is maintenance-free with no need for pens, paper, ink, or moving parts that wear out. Our recorder comes with an internal 32 mb memory as well as a 256 mb sandisk compact flash memory card. This will allow for memory without any moving parts.
Besides the memory card that comes standard with the package, it also comes with usb ports for quick data saving and retrieval. Software options allow you to print your chart through a review program and all the different colors incorporated with each channel is at your fingertips.
The recorder, along with our Series 2006 data monitoring, allows you to scroll up, down, and look at any part of the well while your recorder is still collecting data and logging away. Our new solid state sensors are not flow sensitive, will not drift, and are extremely dependable. They are not affected by polymer muds or H2S, and read hydrocarbons at a much more precise and sensitive range compared with the platinum type filaments currently being used today.
This system also allows for programming and such options as high and low gas alarms, on and off bottom, pump strokes, and any other parameters that a customer could ask for. This package has been trouble free for all those who have purchased a set. It has found hydrocarbons in fields that have been drilled before that have never been found there before with the old type of technology. With this instrument attached to a UPS back-up system there is no down time when the rig power might go out.
